Howdy Neighbors and Friends!!
As we anticipate some consistent spring weather, our neighborhood is just a buzz with activity! Home sales, yard work, construction/rehab projects are continuing to fill our neighborhood with the sights and sounds of bustling community!
What’s been going on? Planning, planning, and more planning!
Our upcoming Boulevard Blast is Saturday, June 11th, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on the Boulevard on Wilson Avenue between Newton and Mooberry! We will have the block closed off and we will have all sorts of activity and music and fun for all ages! From mounted police, bounce house, and zoo animals, to live bands, line dancing, food and so much more! We will post a detailed program by the close of our next meeting! We are still in need of some volunteers for this event, so, if you are interested in helping out, please contact David Gray directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or (614) 599-0106.
It’s also that time of year to get our American flags hung throughout the streets of Old Oaks. Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at 642 Wilson Avenue is where we will start our morning! Light snacks will start your morning and when we are finished, we will assemble at 668 Wilson Avenue for more snacks and beverages to toast to our amazing neighborhood!
This is just a taste of everything up and coming in our wonderful community! Stay tuned for more details and dates/times for more upcoming events!!
